Mississippi Lake has an endless supply of fish which makes it a favourite for bird watchers and fishermen.

This cottage features satellite TV, a cozy indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit and a hot tub to help you unwind and relax. It is the perfect romantic retreat. High speed internet has just been added for the folks that must stay connected during their stay.

The Mississippi Lake Luxury Cottage Rental is located on Pretty’s Island which is only 40 minutes from Kanata and is accessible by car. The cottage has 205’ of shoreline offering plenty of space between you and the neighbours. The Cottage itself is a 3 bedroom “A” frame style log house with a 16’x 28’ master bedroom that has its own balcony over looking the lake. This charming log cottage includes all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.

We have not left out the children either from the fish themed room to the sand box to a “new this year” tire swing.

This is a smoke and pet free cottage. There are local vacation spots for cats and dogs.

The number of guests is limited to 6 people. Minimum renter age is 25 years. Typically our guests arrive after 4 p.m. on Sunday and leave by 11:00 a.m. the following Sunday.

Costs:

- Weeks in July and August: $1280.00

- Weeks in June and September: $880.00

- Other Weeks: $680.00

- Off Season Weekends Friday pm - Sunday am: $390.00
